Refund Policy - Any Reason

We stand by the quality of our products and the experience you will have with them.

So, if you are not happy with your rope, for whatever reason, simply send them back within 30 days for a full refund. 

It's that simple. No risk at all.

If you would like to return your product for a refund, simply email hello@vivofitness.com and we'll initiate the Refund Process.

How does it Work?

Simple....

  1. We'll organize to return the ropes. 
  2. Once we receive your returned product, we'll inspect it to make sure it's complete and in good condition. We will then process a full refund using the payment method you used to purchase (including your original shipping cost
